Allyson Terrell is the owner of Signature Wellness and a certified registered nurse anesthetist and injector, specializing in helping patients become the best version of themselves. Allyson received anesthesia training at the University of Pittsburgh, whose anesthesia program ranks in the top 5 nationally and was voted No. 1 in 2016 by U.S. News and World Reports. With her extensive knowledge of anatomy and anesthesia, Allyson has a passion for educating clients about their own anatomy so the men and women in her care can be confident in making decisions about their own treatments.
