Dr. Brian Young is a board-certified internal medicine physician and the Medical Director of Signature Wellness. He brings extensive medical experience and a commitment to patient safety, clinical oversight, and high standards of care.
Dr. Young earned his medical degree from A.T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri, completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Bi-County Community Hospital, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy.
He is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
As Medical Director, Dr. Young provides physician oversight and works with our licensed clinical providers to support safe, individualized care.

Simran Labana is a Nurse Practitioner with a true passion for aesthetic medicine — and a particular love for the art of neurotoxin. She brings a meticulous, safety-first approach to every treatment, ensuring that each patient feels confident, informed, and cared for from consultation to results.
